Talking to myself

Playing back some of my videos taken with a helmet cam I am still amazed at how much I chatter away to myself, clearly heard on the video soundtrack. I comment on cars, the road, the weather, and anything that takes my interest. Funny enough I have no idea I am doing it or recollection of it. I wonder if I do it when walking. I will have to clip a camera on and find out!

yeah i do that an awful lot, i sing a lot too, quite embarrassing when you're singing away and some chap in lycra zooms past you!
i've now taken to singing louder when that happens ;D

please be very careful when conversing with yourself. As conversation can distract a driver and cause accidents, in particular avoid heated arguments.

I talk to myself all the time, it's a 'side effect' of my job
My son is autistic & I work with special needs children, a lot are pre-verbal, so I have to talk through everyhting I do, hoping that it will encourage some of them to talk.
I gave a friends mum a lift the other day, she thought I was bonkers when I began a running commnetary of starting the car, indicating & pulling away!

One of the main reasons I cycle is so I dont have to talk.................silence is golden...............or I'm bored of myself
