An update, I found that I couldn't lift the bars as the stem was as high as it goes. The saddle is a far back as it will go; instead I have lowered it by about 5mm and very slightly tilted it up. I spoke to my LBS and they have said I can put the bike on their turbo trainer and they will look at my postion on the bike. As soon as I have time, I will call in for that assessment.
