I've tried it all. Bluetooth and ANT+ with my computer. I have an Elite Direto going onto winter number 3 with only a couple of belt changes. Discouraged as the Vortex was for my 13 year old son to ride on.
If I send it in and get a replacement for $240, are they just going to reinstall the software and send that one back out for another $240 bucks? And yes flashes green like it should and shows connected in the Tacx app.
