Bunny hops, have you not see the occasional pros clearing cattle grids as the peloton goes across them, I believe it's a Sagan speciality.

The only thing I have watched with people riding racers was the grand depart. Oh and the Bike Party vids from Martin Ashton but thought they might be using extra strong wheels.
