I'm not sure what the point of TofC is tbh - it seems to attract a lot of attention just because it is there rather than it being a race of any relevance or substance.

And we are all to blame for following by giving it a thread all to itself rather than in the minor race thread

It makes the eneco tour look good. My friends tell me that California is a beautiful state but this race certainly doesn't do it any favours then. Boring boring boring, ITT, Mount Baldy.

Never mind - I enjoyed it - the racing was very predictable (except maybe the last 20 seconds) - however, it has a nice website that makes it easy (and more interesting) for us non-experts to follow what is going on - and the right bloke won
