Suspension seatposts are EVIL!
They don't provide any advantages but DO provide disadvantages. Obviously halfords will swear blind they're magic if you take an interest in a bike with one.
No increase in comfort, but the seat wobbles in directions it shouldn't.
Suspension is supposed to enable the WHEEL to move relative to the rest of the bike, as that's what encounters the shock. Not the saddle.
And DON'T say 'shall i get a suspension hub then'.
