Certainly better weather at the moment but getting colder as we go through the week.
I'd love to get out on the bike but have to be careful with my old lungs. The cold air is not good for me.
I hope you can enjoy some riding though.

Hi know what you mean about being stuck in work ! don't it suck looking out the window but hey ho managed to get a short ride in tonight but it is getting colder or so the weather people say later in the week (lets hope they are wrong)

Pneumonia just over a year ago and asthma. Just about fully recovered from the pneumonia but have to be careful now. Asthma is ongoing all my life but under control.

Similar to me I've booked the week off work and enjoying the good weather getting about ten miles a day in.

I didn't cycle to work today and I regret it. It was such a lovely day. Hope the weather is wrong and it will stay warm this week. My goal is to do 10-12 miles daily as well.

How've you got on this week mine has varied from 6.5 to 12.5 but feel really good for it and enjoyed it even more

I've managed to ride to work for the rest of the week . Around 12 miles per day. I think I'll take a break today because it's way too cold. Can't wait for the weather to get warmer.

Your right there be good to get out when it's nicer, I've just got back did 16.5 mile route my furthest to date went with a friend to so that was different riding with someone else

Stop wishing time away it goes quick enough. Well done on your rides, it is difficult when its cold, but you warm up soon enough, and to some extent you do get use to it. I felt chilled when I set off, at one point was way to warm.
