It looks like the rear tyre might be a tub / glued on tyre by the looks of that valve .
Some metal polish on the brake levers and stem will make it look all sparkly .
I will have a look to see if I have the chain ring guard off of my BSA TdF.

Well, it’s solid enough and rides ok. Not quite as heavy as this has had the wheels replaced. Does have some odd inner tubes with these long valves, which I’ll replace in the spring with normal ones.
Just picked up a set of safety levers to put back on.
