Took the Sun out for its inaugural ride after its upgrade, 16 mile ride on the Flitch Way.....Essex's answer to the Monsal trail, rode very well and glorious weather to boot! Even bumped into a guy who Marshals at Eroica Also gave the Criterium a good clean in readiness for next month.

80s I believe. If it helps for dating it originally had the 600ax aero cranks with the bearings in the cranks and not the pedals.

That's a nice looking trail, I wish there was something similar round here. There's a nice one in Pembrokeshire called the brunel way which we rode last year; it's about 8 miles and goes from haverfordwest down to neyland harbour. It runs through a nature reserve at the neyland end.
