A build Ive been working on over the last few months. Im just about there now with this one. Very light for the year and a classic Carlton frame with very rare hand cut lettering for the head badge. Currently running a 12-speed set up using 43/50 Stronglight 49D with TA rings. A lot of NOS bits went into this build and lets say they were not cheap. The frame was worth it though. The Massed Start Special was even more glamorous!

Massed-start racing was new and controversial when that model was named.

(Edit: in Britain, I should have added)

I assume that's a Stronglight crankset?

I well remember those dustcaps.
