You are rather biased! I'd also go with the Bianchi suggestions.
Ever so slightly biased maybe!

The OPNo, its not Di2 and not discs either, but still a lovely bike and who needs discs and Di2 anyway!!??

Somebody with common sense at lastIf i was in the OP's position I wouldn't buy any off the peg bike but do a frame up build with the all the parts you actually want. It's great fun , you get the bike you really want but it's a really budget builder .
Problem is the Di2 groupset is over a grand on its own, more for a disc set up. £2k for a frame...not much left for wheels etcI wouldn't do a frame build up. I'd have a frame tailored for that budget.
Derosa = chinese open mould tat.
I wouldn't touch a Bianchi after seeing Raul Leuschers video on youtube where he cut it up, absolute joke inside.
Felt bikes are a good shout as they actually give a shoot about their products.
Of the bikes you mentioned. Go for the Rose.
Otherwise, Orbea Avant or Ridley Fenix
He has cut up many different makes but so far Bianchi was the worst in terms or problem/ potential problem areas in the moulding and structural areas. Will post the link .Tried to find this YouTube video without success. Can you post a link?
Do bear in mind that the majority of carbon frames come from the Far East so if this guy was to cut up some other brands frames they would probably be very similar. I don't think its fair to knock Bianchi without looking at other brands in a similar way.
