I've been managing to keep a headcold at bay for a few weeks but yesterday squeezed it out of me.

A wry smile appeared on my face yesterday as I turned the corner, headed into the wind and the rain started in earnest.

I went out to ride a bit of the SS course, but must have started too early, as I only saw a group of four riders go passed as I was having a short break and then saw no-one else all ride...
