Sub £1000 advice please

Thanks for all the replies I popped into GB Cycles today and think that I have got it down to the Bianchi and the Planet X. No particular reason as I think they are all similar 'value' (possibly with the Planet X being a bit of a steal) but I like the Italianess of the Bianchi and so many people have recommended the Planet X I would be a fool not to keep it in the list.

I like the idea of upgrading to the 105 on the Bianchi but prefer the colour scheme of the Tiagra spec... Plus the Tiagra keeps me in budget.

I'm going to test ride both next week to see if one or the other is a better fit and take it from there.

Have a look at the bianchi catolog, i know the utlegra comes in the same colour scheme as teh tiagra but is much more expencive, and the 105 dama is the same color scheme as the campage xeone group set, there is no difference except a womens saddle and if u go 2 a good LBS you will be able to get that changed for free. Oh and a sticker, however the maximum size is 55cm

Thanks again everyone or epping guideme through the maze. Test rode both found the planet x frame a tad to long for my short arms. Loved the response, the gears, the brakes. Preferred the feel of the Bianchi though. It just fit me better and I knew within 10 seconds of starting the test ride that I preferred the ride to the PX. As a result I am now the proud owner of a brand new Bianchi with Tiagra spec. Thanks again. Ed
