I now know to top them up before each ride. The slightest drop in PSI seems to massively increase rolling resistance from my experience so far.

For leisure ride I top up before every ride.
For commuting, once a week.
Same here, and I commute over 200 miles a week. I pump both tyres on the commuter bike to 90psi front and 95psi rear on the weekend, and I barely notice any softness in the tyres by Friday.

Right. On the wall of my tyre it says 87psi min 110 max.

I have a track pump with pressure gague. Front tyre went up to 100 psi no worries. However Icouldnt get a reading for the back and am now worried I've over inflated the rear tyre.

In this thread wigbanks strong retaration is strong!!

Let down the tyre a bit and re pump
