Might take too much material off unless you are very light handed with it.

Probably right, I don't want to knacker the wheel next!Might take too much material off unless you are very light handed with it.
I used to use whatever I could find, spoons, mum used to go mad, so we used screw drivers!Short term use some kitchen spoons like we did when we were kids and get some more proper levers .
Too aggressive, a nail board is plenty.I've got a dremel?
Please, please, don't go American, use proper spelling, it is TYRE with a Y, not the school boy: tire. Thank you.I'm stuck with a puncture, found a pot hole. I've only got one tire leaver. For the life of me cannot get tire off. Am I doing something wrong?

That might be from when you hit the pot hole. If you slam a pot hole hard enough, the rim faces will splay out slightly, and grab the brakes on each revolution of the wheel. That is how the tube gets pinched between tyre and rim, causing the puncture. What width are your tyres, you need high tyre pressure to avoid pinch punctures and rim damage, or even better avoid slamming into pot holes.I've also scratched the rim so when I brake it catches. Oh what fun!
Only correcting so that now you know.If that upsets you don't follow my post as my spelling and grammar are shocking.
The pothole wasn't that bad. It was the tyre lever that caused the scratching as there were quite aThat might be from when you hit the pot hole.
