Plus Gas is another penetrating fluid,spray it on & hope it gets in there.For far less money,buy about 4 litres of the cheapest cola you can find,an old plastic drum,& totally immerse the offending items for a few days.Wash the cola away afterwards,& spray with oil before assembly.
