Stuck aero spoke nipple

Hi all,
My problem is I have 4 seized/stuck nipples on sapim cx ray aero spokes and i would like to know if there is a careful but successful way of undoing them without snapping the spokes? I have tried a little heat and penetrating fluid but no joy

They usually unscrew with lots of effort and an almighty crack as the bond is broken.

I would try a bag of frozen peas on the blade and something like a soldering iron to heat the nipple up and then try unscrewing.
