Struggling to train

Even if it took me 12-15 hours I would still be pleased I done it, even if it is the case that I don't get a medal or anything to show for it, I will plod along until I get to the end

I have done sportives where I was in the last 5 back out of 300 riders. I have also finished outside the time limit on an audax which had a 12 kph minimum speed (it was extremely hilly!) ...

Hey - at least we are out there having a go rather than sitting at home eating the 3rd tube of Pringles that day!

I do both, then wash it down with 5 jam doughnuts and a couple of crunchie bars!

Ok, I admit it - I have started eating a lot of chocolate since I stopped drinking alcohol!
