My son is now in education, before that he run his own business for 8 years from the age of 17. I once asked him about the stresses in teaching and his reply was that he had people at work who got stressed just putting the kettle on, the fact that the job was secure with good pay, holidays, sick pay and pension took a lot of the stresses out of earning and working.

I have no experience other than being self employed so have no real idea of office stress, just where the next few bob is coming from stress.
