It doesn't work very well on my phone unfortunately (HTC Desire). It picks up maybe 1 in every 4 segments on my ride which is very frustrating. On Saturday I would have claimed 2 KOMs but instead they went to my cycling buddy who was sitting on my wheel the whole time!

The app is fairly accurate generally but not specifically, if that makes sense 
I was sad enough to test it out and for recording a whole ride found it generally good and accurate but on short and steep climbs or segments in built up areas (where the gps signal can be bouncing around a bit) then it is pretty inaccurate compared to a dedicated gps unit particularly one that has a wheel sensor.
