As I understand it, road width and height signs should be in both metric and imperial. But putting that to one side, the sign meets neither requirement. If its supposed to indicate imperial width, it should be reading 7' 4". If it is supposed to be showing metric width, the standard yard and inch symbols of ' and ", shouldn't appear.
