I just said that. Its Methane Drago's No 2 trying to escape. I did read an unsubstantiated report that one did escape and it took weeks to recapture it.

And nearly sank two cross Channel ferries who had to take last minute avoiding actions.

Satnav manufacturers have been frantically reprogramming following several incidents where motorists all appeared to be taking the turd exit.
