I saw a great remote controlled robot yesterday. Got me into trouble as I was supposed to be helping Mrs B choose gifts to go in the 'make-them-yourself' crackers she's decided we are doing this year, but instead I was distracted by the bloke demonstrating the robot as I suspected it was about to do something other than walk, look menacing and make mechanical noises...

It fires miniature foam discs from its belly!


I'm not sure my admiration for it will have registered with Mrs B, but if it turned up in my stocking I wouldn't be complaining!
