Mine was high despite an exemplary diet

As I understand it around 15% of the population have a genetic disposition to high cholesterol. I'm one. No amount of good diet has an impact.

I’ve inherited the problem my Father, I eat reasonably healthily, my BMI is in the normal range, but I still have high Cholesterol. I’ve taken Statins now for the last 10 years.
