Enjoyed the highlights on ITV4 - I think my fantasy teams should do well out of that finish - selfish interest aside, good to see Kirchen in yellow, I thought.

Ricco came good but Evans looks better, it's still a long way to go but Cadel Evans seems to be performing comfortably at the moment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I suspect something might be revealed in all it's glory this year - nearly all riders have a bad day on the bike, and winner could well be he who manages to limit his losses on a bad day.
Those 'prepared' otherwise don't seem to have 'bad' days, know what I mean?

I hope Valverde is running strong and not to banged up by his crash.
