This is the day when the team work, wheelsucking etc. has to stop there is no hiding in a TT. Todays race is two questions: 1) Who will win the stage 2) Who will be wearing Yellow for the trip into Paris.

1) Millar (I hope)

2) Sastre (I hope not)

Cadel is Mr Steady. Boringly so imo. I think he will do enough to take the TT by several seconds. but all this could be blown by Sastre riding a gtreat TT, which he could do, not sure he will tho.
Cancellara for the stage.

Sastre will ride into Paris in Yellow and Cancellara will take the stage.
I can see Sastre turning himself inside out to hold onto a lead of about 20 seconds.
Reading Millars blog it sounds like he is knackered and will be happy just to finish the Tour, dont see him going out all guns blazing.

Cancellara is burning the course and is over a minute up on Millar at the 1/2 way stage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now Menchov is threatening to do something unexpected to Evans' chances...

Menchov has 16 seconds on Evans so far but not sure how that scales nonlinearly. Kohl is actually going fractionally better than Evans too on the early part of the course.

Could well be closer than that. Looking at official times for the others it'd be 8 seconds Evans-->Sastre. Great either way!!!!

Yep, it was 8 seconds. Commentators said 12 on eurosport!!
