I'm ducking out of what I'm supposed to be doing this afternoon to watch it. I've been looking forward to these last three climbing stages. Depending on what happens I might be looking forward to the last ITT or it might all be a bit of a letdown.

I have a gammon in the fridge.

I think Menchov will continue to cover Di Luca and he won't be too worried about Sastre because even if he loses the Jersey he will get it back from him in the ITT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Di Luca doing all the work on the front, Menchov just taking it in his stride.
