It wouldn't surprise me. There's only a couple of stages that might appeal (18 & 20) but I suspect Columbia's emphasis will be on supporting Rodgers in the GC. If Cav fancies hauling himself over some tough climbs then he could be adding to his palmares but it's not going to be easy for him.
