have been using Chemo cream to kill off the cancer cells, but its nearly burnt my hooter off - hopefully that is job done now

No, not personally but a friend has recently had the same treatment.

Four patches appeared over a period of a couple of years and all have been successfully treated including one 'awkward' patch in the corner of an eye

and they were all sucessfully removed with the chemo cream ? or were some grafts
