I think the date clashes with Evans Ride It Callander. I know they're miles apart but the entry fee for Evans is only £12.50 compared to £30.

Only went online the other day Think about 200 did the ride last year

I've signed up for the middle distance, slightly concerned now that they think it's harder than the Etape Caledonia...

I only done the short route last year and doing the same this year but sandy wallace did say the medium route was tuff

I did an approximate of the medium route last week (with a cafe stop ) and it is harder than the Etape but don't worry its doable, although you may have to drop your pace a bit.

The way i'm riding at the moment, if i drop my pace any more i'll come to a complete halt...

Hang on...are you suggesting there is NO cafe stop on a sportive ride ??..... well that changes things a bit !

I dont think you will have any problems with the medium route
