spoke size

could anyone help me with a slight problem i have.

i am needing to buy some spokes for a set of wheels
i have used a spokecalc on wheelpro website and have the out put here:

front wheel:
left(disc side) 250.9 mm
right side 252.1 mm

rear wheel:
disc side 252.2 mm
cassette side 250.6 mm

i have already purchased the nipples 2.0x14mm, would i be able to get away with using all the spokes at 250mm as these i can purchase in a pack of 100 cheap

All the outputs are greater than 250mm. If I was going to try with just one spoke size I would go for 252mm. You could spend a happy half hour filing the ends off if they are too long.

But someone else may know better.

I'd agree with that and if you have a deep section rim you wouldn't even need to file off the ends.

i purchased the 100 pack in 250mm but will buy another pack of 252mm to be on the safe side


atleast if i manage to build these then i got enough to try another set wheels for spare.
