Only if the hub is of the same diameter as the one you are replacing. If the flange diameter is smaller or larger, then the spoke length will be incorrect.

Dimensions should be fine.
As long as you've got good quality spokes to start with, they should be OK. I re-used my old spokes when I last built up a set of hoops.

odd that the tiagra hub is heavier. what are the advantages?

There aren't any except I think my hub is damaged (theres another thread in this section about that) and the sora rear hubs appear to have been discontinued while the tiagra ones are still being sold. It is the best like for like replacement I can find.

The spokes aren't too old and it would be pricey for 36/32 new ones.

£8 or £9 from spa.

don't make your first wheel build a dérailleur back wheel though

It's best to reuse spokes in the orientation that they were first used, ie keep the same heads in and heads out pattern.

This may not suit you because they are MTB orientated, but ChainReactionCycles are quite good value for DT spokes (price includes postage and nipples).

Anyway if spokes fit then reuse is fine unless they are cheap or fatigued from poor spoke tension (e.g. under or uneven tension). That's one reason why many wheelbuilders won't reuse spokes. The one thing I might consider replacing are the nipples.
