I'm dying to say "shopping" but that may sound a little facetious. In any case I have an uncomfortable feeling it may turn out to be a severed head.

Belongs to a local eccentric who cycles round roundabouts several times before making his intended exit!

He's braver than me........on one of these I got totalled 3 months ago.... I don't do right turns on them now - at least where I am 'prone' to left side swipes at speed...
