I suffer badly from hayfever (both tree and grass pollen) so mine started 2nd March!!! It's that bad that if I am not on medication, I simply can't operate. Dribbling eyes, nose, thumping headache and non stop sneezing. For the last two years I have had it well controlled with both tablets and nasal inhaler.

My asthma also isn't great but I've recently been put on a new inhaler (seretide) and it's the best it's ever been. I'd suggest that if you are suffering either your medication isn't right or you aren't using it properly. I say this, not as a criticism but from first hand experience as I suffered for years, being 'slap dash' with my medication. I now use it exactly as the doctor says and it's much better.

Personally, I'd suggest getting down the doc's and getting something sorted. You don't have to put up with it and there is medication to get it sorted. My hayfever tablets are 18 times the dosage of the over the counter stuff and do the job nicely.

I never wanted to be on drugs all through the summer but I really have no choice to just get on with it now!
