Shimano RS wheels eg. RS10, RS20s etc. get crap reviews. I have some and I agree that they are crap.
As other people have said at 105kg and doing LEJOG (with panniers ?) you'll probably not want factory built wheels with 20 or 24 spokes. Get some handbuilt wheels with 36 spokes front and back - and make sure the wheelbuilder knows what he's doing!
