Cannot beleive they expect you to be without your bike for 7-10 days while they return it to Chessington for inspection.

I was thinking that, although it's winter when many of us use our bikes less.

A good local bike shop - if you bought it there - might lend you something.

That's the sort of service many buyers forget when trawling the internet trying to save 50p on the purchase price.
