Specialized Diverge Sport A1 2015 Road Or Cannondale CaadX 105 Disc 2015 Cyclocross

I'm torn between these 2, does anyone own either of these? Or can anyone comment on the manufacturers as never owned either.
I want a bike that is fast enough for the road and that I can take off occasionally, and that can be used for touring if I ever decide.

Same, the 3 of us are Cannondale owners though better spec for the money, which is exactly why I ruled Specialized out when I was shopping.

I am not in any way an 'Emmer-Dale' fanboy but can appreciate the quality & the droves of EmmerDale fanboys on here must know something.

I expect few (if any) of the people here have ridden the Diverge, since it's new this year. It looks like a pretty nice bike to me, and being a Specialized it probably has a pretty good frame, even though the other parts might not be as high spec as the Cannondale. If I didn't already have my Tricross then I probably would have been test riding these two bikes. (As it is, I'm considering getting a Cube Peloton SL when my Tricross's cycle to work scheme is paid off, but that's another story).
