Aye, a few hours of the "clip in... clip out" drill was meant to be part of tomorrow's plan, so at least you'll have a few days before you get that PM.

I found falling with a soft object below me) and practising un-clipping in the process was very good practice. (If that makes sense).

That way i found if i couldnt unclip on the road i didnt panic as much as i knew how far i would fall with still being able to unclip.

and i only fell over once.
