Echoing others, I've been pleased with my Allez. I've got the entry level (most basic) spec'd 2010 triple version. My only gripe was that the stock tyres were complete tripe but otherwise all happy and well after owning it for a year. Contrary to much of perceived wisdom, for my needs it's been so good that it's persuaded me that there's no need for a higher spec. Only caveat as always is that different makes suit different folk. The Allez frame just felt right for me, others I'm sure found other makes better suited them. So if you can blag a sit on one before buying 2nd hand that would confirm for you.
