Hey All

Just got my SPD-SL shoes and pedals and as I am I push the cleat all of the way back as I like it there (used to use SPD) and I dont know if this is something I need to get used to or something but one if the sides of the cleat triangle I can really feel when pushing down, I have moved the cleat inwards (sideways) as far as it will go.

Any Thoughts?

Thanks

That would be a problem with your shoes. Which ones are you using?

I would suggest looking at your cleat position, SPD-SL and SPD shoes and cleats have a different range of movement and what was right on one may be wrong on another.

I am using the DHB R1's but I dont recall what I was using with my SPD cleats but they were MTB shoes.

any ideas?

I use the dhb R1s too...I have my cleat set as close to the inside as possible and about 1/2 way fore and aft....I can't feel the cleat.
