As my Mrs will be having my synapse 105 11 speed in the not to distant future i am getting a new bike i have set a budget of £2500 and these currently are three that have caught my eye.

Interested to see what people's thoughts are on the rose and focus bikes? (Do like the idea of UDI2 as well)

Give the Sheen store a call and see what they can do. Built to order so if you want to spend the full £2500, I'm sure they can do you better wheels for example

They are close to London too, if you wanted a day trip to collect, they would sort a fitting etc

Your budget is a bit beyond an Allez. Frankly all of the Specialized bikes look pretty much the same to me, especially when in various shades of black or grey

If going over budget & wanted carbon & Di2 you could look at the Scott Addict 15 Di2 for the same £2699, a little research or bartering might get you under £2.5k.

Better still give Brian Rourke a ring or visit, see what he can do with high grade steel for you or post @Fab Foodie who did just that recently.

Or how about building something yourself from a frame & fork & add your own parts.
