The hardest thing to do is opening the door to go out! million things telling you to stay in , but when you make that decision to jump on your bike whey hey , fresh air , nice scenery and friendly people . The Swedes have a word for it, a type of training used by Scandinavian runners: Fartlek; It means speed play so you go fast a bit slow a bit, sprint or whatever takes your fancy in an unstructured way with the emphasis on 'play'.
