It sounds as though one or more of your spoke nipple holes has a slight burr coming off it, I had this a couple of years ago. Take rim tape off and check these out, if there is a burr/s there may be a chance of it nicking the tube again if your rim tape shifts slightly. Needle file and deburring tool to the rescue, everything back on and now two years puncture free.
