Smart watch

My wife has offered to buy me a smart watch for Christmas. I don’t require GPS. I have looked at numerous models and have found that they operate on Bluetooth 5.1. My trusted IPhone operates Bluetooth 5.0. I would like to know if this would be a problem. Thanks in advance.
