Yet another shout for the Specialized Wedgie. I carry 2 spare tubes, a repair kit, mini-tool, tyre levers and spare gloves in mine - still room for a mobile phone or a wallet.
I used to use a Topeak style with the clip and it annoyed the hell out of me. The Specialized uses 3 velco straps and feels significantly more secure.
