But warm pants do rock.

Hugging your soul ... does generally make me feel more happy when I walk downstairs.

Oh another one! When I have a free at college and can have a lie-in, my mum tries to wake me and Ill say free period and love to watch her shuffle off while i lie in the toasty bed for another half hour.

You wait until you have a day off...and your other half doesn't.
You won't believe how sweet it is going back to sleep while they pretend that warm pants on the radiator are making them happy...

Hahahaha! I love days off, like Mondy, I have the whole morning off ... just makes me feel good.

And call them radiator pants ... you know it makes sense Chuffy!

A hot mug of chocolate Horlicks before retiring to the boudoir. Ah there's nothing so comforting. Well there are but as this is an open forum we'll say it is!

A warm pair of socks comes close.

I vary my routines continuously, do them in the wrong order, at different times etc.. otherwise I get bored and things feel 'samey'. That's my comfort, knowing I can change what I do when and how.

Hot Chocolate before bed for me.

Of late I have been wearing skiing socks and a fleece hat in bed, which is divine. Nothing else, just the socks and hat. I do throw the hat off after half an hour, but it makes for instant warmth.

I don't think I ever do things before I have to... (far too lazy), instead it's usually after I need them. But the one thing I do when I come in is put my gloves (and sometimes buff/scarf) on the radiator so that they are cosy for the next time I need them.

Last winter in a very cold China the only real comfort was putting on the electric blanket when returning from work and then actually getting in the bed as quickly as possible afterwards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plain chocolate digestives.......dipped in cold milk.

It is an unrecognised culinary/sensory sensation.
