I think you are right about that. If I am on the PC in the evening I always try to switch of half an hour before I go to bed. It does not seem make a lot of difference but it helps. I don't sleep well, never have, and its getting worse as I get older. My day normally starts about 5:15, I normally get to bed about 11 and normally asleep 11:30-12, and awake 4:30-5. If I go to bed early it just takes me longer to get to sleep and I wake earlier. Weekends I can sleep in but I am normally awake by 6.
