The seat post is fine. Hanger is fine (to eye).
No obvious major damage to frame/forks.
It just needs most of the consumables like cables, tyres, pads, chain and freewheel. The mech is bent nicely If you look at it from behind its obvious. I got the bike because it was cheap and I knew it needed work, I want to tackle stuff that's more challenging than adjusting brakes etc so thought it'd be perfect to learn with and then use as a commuter.
