You can see someone with no skill has just done that on a computer - hence the capital letters at the start of each row - and obviously never having thought to read it aloud before hitting "print"!

I visited a sign-making factory recently as part of a charity thing that I'm part of. Fascinating great big machines which print directly onto vinyl etc, cheerful chappies showing us the works, all very lovely. What was the sign they were printing?

"CYCLISTS DISMOUNT"

This welsh road sign story is just fantastic. It's an old one, but is still very funny, and shows the error of just going with the computer translation.
