Been busy and finally got round to cleaning and having a good look at my lovely new (to me) mark 3 Chopper 😀
First attempt at bringing an older, neglected bike to life and no expert 😬
Frame and wheels look good, just some cosmetic attention required.
New handlebars required and maybe new rack and springy bits.
Tried to revive the mudguards this afternoon and seem to be having some success!
Hard work though.

Used bicarbonate of soda and wet tin foil to rub down the mudguard 👍🏼

Oh my! That was unloved. I would have thought though that those handlebars would polish up, I’ve had worse. A bit of kitchen foil and acetic acid or polish.
